Leading Edge Dealer Marketing will start with a complete review of the current marketing spend. Audit will focus on opportunities to cut or reallocate funds to enhance the total digital strategy. Leading Edge Dealer Marketing will review all invoices related to digital marketing budget, prepare a spreadsheet presentation, and review proposed changes with store management. Once the agreed upon items are chosen, Leading Edge Dealer Marketing will work along with the store for the next 60 days to cancel old products and implement new spends.
